Our Policies

To ensure a seamless and exceptional experience please take a moment to review our appointment policies. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Guests

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. This allows all clients to fully unwind and enjoy their eyebrow experience.

COVID-19

For the safety of our clients and staff, face masks are required to be worn during your visit, regardless of vaccination status. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space serene and protected.

Parking

We offer complimentary parking validation for the first 2 hours of your appointment, at the start of your appointment be prepared to provide us with your vehicle's license plate number. After the initial 2-hour period, clients are responsible for covering any additional parking fees. *PMUA clients, additional information will be included in appointment packet. *

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be applied towards your total service fee and can be transferred within our rescheduling policy.

Late Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. We provide a 10-minute grace period for any unexpected delays. After that, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.

No Call/No Show

We value your time, and we ask that you value ours too. Any no call/no show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, the remaining balance will be charged and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. We appreciate your understanding in respecting our time and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so no less than 24 hours in advance (72 hours for PMU services). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. For last-minute cancellations, a $25 fee may be applied. PMU services are subject to a 50% charge for cancellations within the specified time frame.

Payments

To streamline the appointment process, online deposits are required to secure your booking. For the remaining balance, we accept cash, card, and Zelle payments for your convenience.
